Clutch discs are produced by our own advanced pressing automatic product line, heat treatment processing center and a complete set of production facilities, including forging, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, assembly, inspection and etc.
There are about 130 sets of main equipments for production, inspection and testing: - disc performance inspection - heat treatment furnace - revolving furance for spring - drag inspection - static balance Annual production capacity for clutch disc is 1 million pieces. The production strictly meet the requirements of ISO9001. Over 800 clutch discs have been developed. |
