The brake pads, being environmentally friendly, are made with patented non-asbestos formulation. R&D are stressed for new items and technology development. Annual production exceeds 1.5 million sets. The art-of-state production equipment, testing facilities and modern management system are the basis of our quality production. The brake pads are stable and working at low noise, high temperature with slow wearing and long life span. The requirements of technical standard GB5763-98 are met.
Testing machines JF132, JF160, LINK1620, LINK3801 and NT11 for checking the quality of friction materials, including noise, strengths, torque and coefficent of friction. The procedures strictly meet the requirements of SAE J661, SAE J6418, JIS D4413, ISO7881 and ISO6310. Advanced static spraying machine can enhance the appearance of the products.
