Rubber air spring works with a flexible rubber component and compressed air. It is made of pe cloth layer, inner & outside rubber layer with steel rings. It consists of air-sealed chamber, upper piston, lower piston and bumper.
Rubber air springs can be widely applied to the suspension system in various types of trucks or buses. Their shock absorption and damping abilities outpeform the traditional mechanical springs. They are not only safer and more durable, but also much easier for installation and maintenance.
